Philosophy Miracle Worker(TM) Miraculous Anti-aging Retinoid Pads and Solution

I bought this product about two weeks ago. I have always had great skin, but as I turn 34 I am starting to notice that orange-peely texture on my cheeks near my nose. This product has definitely reduced the appearance of those pores already! My skin looks nice, and I also see a slight reduction in the appearance of the lines on my forehead. There may be a VERY slight stinging sensation with your first use, but resist the temptation to scrub with the rough side of the pad and that can be avoided. Gentle buffing should be enough. I hope the results will be even more pronounced with continued usage of the full two-month supply! Overall, I am impressed and happy with this product.

I'm 51 years old so - of course! - I'm expecting and wishing for youth in a bottle. That being said, it is a wonderful product that truly has clarified my skin both in terms of texture and appearance. I would certainly recommend it.

I bought the Miracle Worker kit in a bid to smooth out the clogged pores on my chin and deliver a glow for my complexion. I notice that the clogged pores were significantly reduced. I used this with "When Hope is Not Enough" moisturizer and my complexion was dewy and well-nourished when I wake up in the morning.

I stay in the tropical country of Singapore, am in my mid-thirties with skin that starts to dull. So this is really a miracle saver. Thanks, Philosophy, you did it again!

After 3 weeks use, this lightened some brown spots I have on my face and hands. But then I had a reaction I guess. I stopped using it til the places went away and tried again. Then I had another place come up. It's still there after a week. It's faded to pink but still raised. I've already returned this. I gave 2 stars because it did lighten my skin.

I love and am addicted to Philosophy skincare and bath products and have never had an adverse problem. And since this product is getting nothing but rave reviews on QVC, Sephora and Philosophy's own website I wanted to try it. I have no wrinkles just laugh lines and some discoloration. Sadly the new Miracle Worker Anti-Aging Retinoid Solution and Pads burned and damaged my skin.

Before bed I applied 1 pad on my cleansed (with Philosophy daily exfoliating cleanser) dry face and felt a slight tingling and my generally oily skin felt dry.

In the morning my pores looked larger and no better clarity or improvement in my skin texture or tone. I cleansed (with Philosophy daily exfoliating cleanser) my face, applied 1 Philosophy pink peptide jell cap with the Miracle worker moisturizer and makeup (my regular daily skin regimen). I noticed my skin felt itchy which has never happened in the past.

I followed this process for about 4 days only to have my skin further deteriorate with painful acne around my chin I've never had in the past, new patchy skin discoloration on my cheeks and forehead, larger pores and an urge to scratch at my skin due to the itching.
My skins clarity and texture had obviously gotten worse. I applied more makeup to hide the new damaged patchy uneven tone and new rough texture.

The new Miracle Worker Anti-Aging Retinoid Solution and Pads product needs more instructionswarnings other than just "apply at bed time" from the instructions on the product box.

Other posts on other sites recommend applying moisturizer immediately after applying. And sun screenblock in the AM is essential when using the pads which I did not do since the instructions on the box didn't mention it. Although after the fact I've noticed the online product info suggests using sun block.

I've obviously stopped using the product while trying to heal my skin. I may try using the product again in a month minus the Philosophy daily exfoliating cleanser (may have contributed to the problem). And will hydrate liberally after applying a pad. And use sun block in the am over more moisturizer in hopes that my $70.00 investment will work with more care.
