Very nice product.I was thinking about purchasing the "Tower 200" but saw this set with the [black band] for
around $70.00. It will do every thing the tower will do and save you $140.00.It comes with a bag so its completely portable.
The bands come with nice aluminum clips that allow quick and easy hook ups. The handles are wrapped in high density foam. Each handle comes with a steel attachment ring. The door anchor is large and very secure . Resistance levels will keep even old python arms happy. If you are in the older crowd the bands for you too. They are very easy on the joints. I'm in my late forties and think that I will be able to use these bands for years. I think resistance bands are the way to go! If you looking for something to help you get in shape and stay in shape that's easy to use and won't drain you bank account then Bodylastics are for you.

The bands were way more than i was hoping for. Compared to other workout bands in the market these bodylastics bands are clearly on a class of their own. From the surgical grade rubber tubing, the high quality metal clips and all the other attachments. These guys here really paid attention to detail in every conceivable way. the metal clips even have an engraved number of the weight/tension that particular band is. Bottom line these things do what they advertise in that they will replace your whole gym. If you did your research on them, bands are really a great way of working out because they work quite differently than free weights or machines as they are gravity bound. These bands use the resistance of the rubber tubing to generate tension and so the more you pull, the higher the resistance and all that tension is put at the "top" of that repetition as opposed to weights where the work is pretty much done once your actually at the end of that repetition motion. You'll know what I'm talking about once you start training with these bands. Also if you're on the P90X workout, the basic set is all you need no matter how strong you are believe me! If you really are super strong and you need more bands, just go to[.]and you can order heavier individual bands for very cheap (like for the price of a 5 lbs. dumbbell) Hope this was helpful!

I bought these for my twelve year old son with CMT a disease in the legs which makes him not as balanced and weaker in the legs. He has really been working to keep up his leg strength and I thought these would really help. They have been fantastic he has really built up muscle and is much more quick. for anyone that wants to become strong or has a disease making them weak these are for you!

The bands are as good as expected - nice hooks and bag, etc. One of the bands (the lightest one) broke while using. But, Bodylastics had a replacement on my doorstep within 3 days. That's nice service. I recommend them and if you are using for P90x, call their service department as they have tips for using the bands for P90x.

There is no need for bulky, awkward, exercising machines when you can just place a Bodylastic resistance band in the door and exercise away.

The set is very well built, and its easy to switch from the ankle straps back to the hand straps.

It should take no time to figure out a nice full body work out with this space efficient devise. The smoothness of the resistance bands are great too. I actually like doing situps now while holding on to the elastic band. The pull of the bands ease the strain of the lift up, but provides a nice drag when I'm moving back down. As long as I can feel the burn in my abs with no lower back strain, then I'll do sit ups.

If you like a simple, no nonsense, no hype, exercise solution for toning and strengthening targeted muscles groups, then I think you'll enjoy this set by Bodylastics.

I bought these bands because you can add them together for more weight. The construction seems good so far. I did rip one of the bands I believe because my shoe caused too much friction during some exercises. The company immediately sent me out a new band for free. I have since worn different shoes with less tread and have no problems. I like how the clips are metal and not plastic. All together they seem 100% better than the cheapo ones at Target.

I bought this kit to replace my gym membership and workout at home. I knew I would get lazy in the winter time, so I decded to start using bands in my wrkout routines. I've been using the cables for 2 weeks already and still getting accustomed to them. After the gym machines, it is hard to adjust to these bands. But lately, it seems that they start having affect. I think they are good for those who want to keep in shape or lose weight. I doubt that one can gain bulk muscles from these.
The quality of the product is great, the handles are easy to change from one resistance level to another, which I like a lot. I would recommend buying dumbells in combination with these cables.

I was concerned if this would be able to give me a good work out. Is certainly does and I am really happy with this product. I can get a good work out in at home in 30 minutes. It doesn't get much better.

I can't say enough about this product I thought it would not give me the greatest workout but boy was I was surprised how it kicks your ass in every-way, I use it daily.

These bands are excellent for the price and provide great tension . The quality is very well made and durable unlike others I looked at within the price category. They are also comfortable to use and the quick change clips are a great advantage when moving quickly through a P90X workout.
