Bluebeards Original Beard Wash

This stuff is great! I bought this for my husband, because he has a big ol' hillbilly beard. I love his beard, but it's scratchy and he gets ingrown hairs and it gets a "wet" smell sometimes. He started using this product, and the results were awesome after the first day. HIs beard is soft, all the way down to the skin and the smell is fresh and clean. I LOVE IT! I will buy him this product for the rest of forever. If you or someone you love has a beard, you need this product.

So I will admit, I ordered this a bit of a joke to my hubby...he knows I am obsessed with pirates, and his beard. However, we have been blown away with how great this stuff is. He only needs to use a few drops for his whole beard (thick and medium length), and in a matter of days it was softer and no more dry skin! He would have to loose the beard every four or five weeks due to irritation, but not now! If you are a man and want a wonderful beard, or a women who wants her hubby/boyfriend to keep his, get them this!

I can't stress how amazing this stuff is. It's a little costly, and the bottle seems small, but it lasts FOREVER. I hope that this product continues to get more popular... and their conditioner is EQUALLY as amazing.

My dad has had to shave his beard off due to itchiness and redness. He likes having a beard so I did a search and stumbled upon a few products. I picked this one because of the reviews and he loves it. His only complaint is that the bottle is small, for the price he had hoped it'd be larger, and that it can't be found locally.

Really enjoy this product. My beard is 5 yrs old and was in fairly rough shape from my job. It got dry, and my face began to flake and itch. After 45 days worth of every- other day use, my problem is 85% fixed. My lady even reports that it's MUCH softer and shinier, which results in more beard praise! LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!

My mustache would get flaky skin showing through it. But this stuff keeps me moisturized and the beard stays soft. Very excellent product. It's the best beard wash that I have found! I shave my head and will also use a tiny bit on my scalp.

I purchased this product hoping that it would soften my beard without the skin problems hair conditioner can cause on the face. I have a medium length, course/heavy beard and this product just does not do anything for me. After use my beard feels soft and clean for a very short time (while it's drying), once completely dry it feels more course then before use. I'm using Beardsley Shampoo and Conditioner now...it's also not what I was hoping for but it does soften my beard a little bit (a lot more then Bluebeard) and it tastes/smells better. I will continue to use beardsley until I find something that works better on my growth. I've also tried African Black Soap Beard Wash that I found at Target, I really like the way my beard and skin feel after using this product but cannot stand the smell it leaves behind on my beard.

This is supposed to soften beard hairs, but if it's doing anything, it's not obvious to me. Maybe because I keep mine short and it's just being regrown before this stuff can do anything? It's supposed to make the skin better, too. I'm not sure it's doing anything there, either.
